What sports, fitness or wellness activity do you love, and how did you get started?
Tennis is the sport I love, and I’ve been fortunate enough to make it my career. I started playing tennis when I was five years old and played other sports when I was growing up. My father was a professional soccer player and taught me to play at an early age. But one day I decided to try tennis, and fell in love with it when I picked up the racket.
What are its benefits and what do you like about it?
One of the benefits of playing tennis is that you can play sports for the rest of your life. Lots of people play in the 70’s or even the 80’s. All you need is a file Tennis racketa tennis ballAnd a partner to play with. I play tennis almost daily and have done so since I started competing in earnest at the age of 10. I love playing with my sister Bianca, who is a tennis player, and my dad who coaches me.
Was there any point you wanted to let go of? why? How did you prepare back?
As a professional athlete, I face challenges on a regular basis. Whether it’s performing poorly in a match or losing, getting up early to train, or trying to come back from injury – something I’m dealing with now – there are always hurdles to overcome. I would remind myself that I am an example to the younger generations of athletes, including my sister, and it is important to show them how to be resilient.
What equipment/tools/clothing do you need or wear when engaging in a sport or health activity?
I am wearing Lululemon On and off the field when training and competing. love them Wunder Train Leggings for HIIT exercisesI like to play in any of the tank top And the skirts. Tennis taught me how to be independent, self-reliant, and resilient. It also allows me to make new friends and learn about different cultures around the world.
As a well-known personality, what is one way to inject positivity into the audience?
I try to inspire young athletes and show them that their goals and dreams are achievable as long as they focus and work hard. I also believe in the importance of giving back and helping those in need, and I agree with brands that prioritize these values as well. Finally, my parents raised me to be kind to everyone I meet – opponents on the tennis court, fans, coaches – and I do my best to practice this every day.
