James J Bolger, PhD, age 81, from Eden Prairie, MN. Beforehand from Duluth, Minnesota. Professor Emeritus of the College of Minnesota Medical College, Duluth Campus, died January 14, 2023.

He holds a BA from the College of St. Thomas in Psychology/Sociology and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the College of Minnesota.
